Our visit from the MADD scooter stunt team was definitely a day to remember!
The MADD team visited Dunbar Primary school during the day for a demo and signings, then the team moved on to theSPACE, North Berwick in the evening which was open from 4pm until 9pm for a ‘Scooter Only’ night.
Colin, Partner of Belhaven Bikes, “The whole day was just fantastic. The school were so enthusiastic and it was brilliant that pupils had designed posters to welcome the scooter team. theSPACE helped out enormously with transporting ramps to the school, taking photographs and they did a great job of hosting the evening event. The MADD team put on amazing demos throughout the day and signed hundreds of autographs! Huge thanks also to the 100 scooter riders who turned up to meet and ride with the MADD team at theSPACE in the evening. It truly was a fantastically, memorable day”.
Adrian Girling from theSPACE said “theSPACE was so impressed with the MADD team, the buzz all the kids created on the night at theSPACE and it was brilliant to work in partnership with Colin and Mandy from Belhaven Bikes to make it a full day event, building from the daytime fun at Dunbar Primary “.
